Hines has kicked off its next office development in Warsaw. Going up in the city’s Mokotów district, the Graffit office building is expected to be delivered in the first half of 2018, with the Polish builder Warbud overseeing the work. The seven-storey building will offer 18,550 sqm of new space. The London-based Rolfe Judd provided the design. Hines has refused to provide any details on potential pre-leases, so it’s unclear if the project has begun on a speculative basis. The project is expected to earn a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certificate.
