Hines secured a BREEAM Very Good certificate for its Neptun office scheme in Gdańsk. Buro Happold oversaw the certification process on behalf of the developer. The 85-meter tall building offers a total of 15,860 sqm of lettable space. The Polish arm of AEDAS group, AEDAS CE, designed the scheme.
“Our goal during the realization of the project was to acquire the certificate, which makes us even more satisfied to see the project being given the label,” says Michał Samborski, project director for Hines Polska.
