The new tenant will occupy over 280 sqm on the third floor of New City, one of the most representative office buildings in Upper Mokotów. The contract was signed for five years, and Polskie ePłatności will move into its new office this year. In the lease process, both parties were supported by the Brochocki Nieruchomości Kancelaria. Agreements with a media and technology company and a supplier of heat transfer, fluid separation and transportation products were also extended for a period of five years. The first company covers an area of over 3,200 sq m. on the ninth and tenth floor and 175 sq m. on the ground floor, and the second – almost 760 sq m. on the seventh floor, also having a terrace at your disposal.
“New City is one of the flagship office buildings in Hines portfolio in Poland. The building is distinguished by modern, functional and ecological solutions, high technical standard, great location, a wide range of services and an original, elegant design. These are just a few elements that attract potential tenants. We also notice a growing interest in common spaces, such as flexible space on the New City mezzanine. Our tenants are satisfied with the cooperation, because we provide them not only with high-class office buildings, but also efficiently manage the facility and maintain the highest standards of cooperation,” emphasizes Monika Igła, leasing manager at Hines.
“As we are slowly getting used to living in a pandemic, we notice that more and more people are returning to work in the office. For them, it is a place where they often have better conditions to focus, they can cooperate and integrate with the team, as well as feel part of a larger organization. As the facility manager, we encourage people who are ready to return to their office space. At Hines, the priority is the safety and comfort of our tenants and their employees. We strive to ensure that cooperation with them is flawless, which is positively received by companies. Our good relations are confirmed by the extensions of these contracts,” summarizes Edyta Wolukanis, asset manager at Hines.
“There were several factors deciding when choosing New City for the new location of our Warsaw office. These are both the advantages of the building itself, its convenient location and the course of the cooperation with the landlord so far. We appreciate Hines for the smooth running of the entire lease process. I am convinced that our cooperation will be as effective in the coming years,” said Paweł Gurba, Facility & Fleet Manager at Centrum Rozliczeń Elektronicznych Polskie ePłatności S.A.
New City is an A-class project consisting of two buildings with a total area of over 44,000 sq m.
