Hines signed 5 new tenants with 4,000 sqm in Wola Center

Hines has successfully started 2022 with over 4,000 sqm of lease. of office space in the Wola Center investment in Warsaw. Four new tenants were acquired under the contracts – the District Court in Warsaw, Ocean Winds Polska, the Rö Radwan-Röhrenschef Petruczenko Tokarzewska Law Firm and the Value4Real company. The fifth tenant, Kancelaria Notarialna Anna Lubieńska Marta Figurska Paulina Chała spółka civilna, extended the contract by taking up more office space in Wola Center. All contracts are long-term, signed for a period of at least five years.

Wola Center is a prestigious office building with an area of ​​over 34,000 sq m. acquired by the Hines European Value Fund (HEVF 1) in 2020.

The first new tenant to sign a contract with Hines is the District Court in Warsaw, which leased 2,782 sq m. office space on the first floor and partly on the ground floor of the Wola Center. The second is Ocean Winds Polska, a company from the offshore wind energy industry, which will occupy 629 sqm on the seventh floor of the building. The consulting company Nuvalu brokered both transactions.

Rö Radwan-Röhrenschef Petruczenko Tokarzewska Law Firm has also signed a contract for the lease of 325 sqm office space on the seventh floor of Wola Center. The intermediary advisor for this contract was CBRE.
The last of the new tenants is the Hungarian architectural firm Value4Real, which has leased 186 sq m. space located on the ninth floor of the building. The transaction was advised by the broker Hamilton International.
DPPA has supported the landlord in all of the above contracts.

In addition, Hines extended its cooperation with the Notary Office Anna Lubieńska Marta Figurska Paulina Chała civil partnership, which will stay in the building for the next 5 years, occupying 351 sqm space in the facility.

Wola Center consists of four modern A-class office buildings offering a total of 34,930 sq m. office and commercial space. The facility is located in a very convenient location – at ul. Przyokopowa 33 in Warsaw’s Wola district, in the immediate vicinity of the Daszyńskiego roundabout and the Warsaw Uprising Museum. Thanks to the proximity of the metro and railway station, Warszawa Ochota is well connected with other city districts and towns near Warsaw. The area of ​​one floor in the office building is approx. 4,500 sq m, which is a unique size for this location compared to competing facilities.

In addition, apart from office space, Wola Center also offers commercial and service premises, an elegant 1,000 sqm patio with free Wi-Fi access, green terraces, and extensive infrastructure for cyclists, parking, stands and locker rooms with showers. Motorists have at their disposal a two-level car park for 319 cars, where chargers for electric and hybrid vehicles will also be installed. In the spring of 2021, the main lobby and common spaces in the facility were modernized. The Wola Center office building is in the process of BREEAM certification.
