Hines takes over Polish warehouse portfolio from NBGI PE

Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF) has added a portfolio of five warehouse facilities to its Polish portfolio. The seller is NBGI Private Equity. The 126,289 sqm portfolio includes warehouses located in Toruń (30,308 sqm), Mysłowice (27,981 sqm), Legnica (26,030 sqm), Garwolin (25,940 sqm) and Grodzisk Mazowieckim (16,030 sqm). Among the tenants occupying the buildings are Cereal Partners Worldwide, Intermarche, Faurecia Automotive, Avon and Gefco. ING Bank provided financing for the transactions. Hines Polska will be managing the portfolio.
