Hines added the Nestlé House office building in Warsaw to its Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF). The seller is Kronos Real Estate, which selected Hines to manage the project in January. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. JLL advised Hines, while CBRE acted on behalf of Kronos. This is the second transaction between Hines and Kronos on the Polish market since last year.
Located on Domaniewska street, Nestlé House offers 16,400 sqm of space on seven floors. The project’s anchor, the Nestlé company, is set to move into the building as soon as fit-out work is completed. Other tenants include Warbud and IMCD.
