Hines is set to start work on a new office project in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, according to Mieczysław Godzisz, the company’s CEO of Polish operations. Graffit will add another 18,000 sqm of office space along Domaniewska street. Designed by the London-based Rolfe Judd architectural studio, the scheme will offer nearly 2,600 sqm of space on each floor. Godzisz points out the investment will be the nearest commercial building to the city’s metro line.
