Hines secured a contract from Kronos Real Estate to manage an office building located at Domaniewska 32 in Warsaw. The project was delivered last month, adding 16,400 sqm of offices and 1,4000 of retail space to Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Tenants include Nestle and Warbud group.
“Along with our development activity, we‘re also focusing on expanding our asset and property management portfolio across Poland, which includes nearly 383,000 sqm of office and logistics space,” said Mieczysław Godzisz, CEO of Hines’ Polish division. The company’s office portfolio also includes Ambassador, Sky Office Center and New City.
