Hinton, a Czech construction company established last year by the former management of Skanska, has succeeded in signing contracts for construction orders worth more than CZK 750m. Most recently Hinton won a tender to build a residential project for Finep in Prague 5 Barrandov.
It lost out to VCES in a tender for the Vodafone headquarters Finep is developing in the City West in Stodůlky, says Finep CEO Tomáš Pardubický. The second phase of Byty Malešice by the developer Sidi is another of the ten projects Hinton is involved with as a general contractor. Of the planned network of regional branches the company opened one in České Budějovice, and it hopes to add one more by the end of the year.
