Hinton is building a high-end residential project called Vila Verde in one of Prague’s most attractive neighborhoods: Bubeneč-Prague 6. Hinton won the job in a tender organized by developer Real 11 for general contractor, says Hinton CEO Zdeněk Burda. Villa Verde will offer seven apartments and a penthouse, as well as an underground parking garage big enough for 14 cars. Architects Martin Sladký and Zuzana Strouhalová of atelier de.fakto designed the house to fit with the functionalist style of the neighborhood villas. Jiří Thein, Real 11’s chairman of the board, says that three apartments, comprising 43 percent of the building’s total usable area, have already been sold. The project is scheduled for completion by mid-2013.
