Hirschfeld Properties has hired Kevin P. Waters as Vice President–Acquisitions at the real estate company’s corporate office in New York City. In his new role Waters will be responsible for the execution of all aspects of the company’s acquisitions, from sourcing and underwriting to due diligence and closing as well as capital markets activities on both the debt and equity side. Prior to joining Hirschfeld, Waters was Director of Acquisitions, Global Real Estate, Northeast for TIAA-CREF. Waters is a graduate of The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow.
