Hispania posted €30m in rental income for the first three months of the year, up €5m from the same period in 2015. Net profit amounted to €11m for the quarter, while EBITDA before corporate expenses totaled €24m.
Hispania is the largest hotel operator on the Spanish market, with 27 properties in its portfolio. The company also owns 25 office buildings, totaling more than 153,600 sqm of space, in Madrid and Barcelona. Occupancy increased by 4 percent reaching 81 percent in Q1.
