Hobbs Brook Management has been joined by Brad J. Swinnerton as a commercial real estate construction project manager. In his new role Swinnerton will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of commercial real estate development projects, including office space renovations, tenant improvements, and property repositioning. Prior to the move, Swinnerton served as the Northeast capital projects manager at Healthcare Trust of America, and worked previously on capital projects and commercial property management at Northland Investment Corporation. Swinnerton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College and is a member of the Boston Owner and Managers Association (BOMA).
