Hochtief secured a planning permit for an office project the developer calls FIVE! SmĂchov Offices. The project will go up on Svornosti and Na Valentince streets in Prague 5-SmĂchov on a brownfield site originally used as a tram depot. The building, designed by Qarta Architektura, will offer 10,573 sqm of office space on seven floors, with retail on the ground floor. FIVE! SmĂchov Offices will compete for tenants with Skanska Property’s similarly-sized Riverview scheme now under construction just 100 meters away. While Hochtief is still securing permitting for its project, Riverview is scheduled for completion this year.
