Hochtief Projektentwicklung sold the Height 1 office building — the first phase of the Hamburg Heights development on Spiegel Island — to a subsidiary of Privatbank Berenberg. The parties have agreed to keep the sale price confidential. The 13-floor Height 1 is being renovated and fitted with state-of-the-art engineering. It offers 7,100 sqm of space, which will be fully leased to the law firm MDS MÖHRLE / HAPP LUTHER. The second phase of the project will involve the refurbishment of Height 2. Construction of three new buildings — Height 3, Height 4 and Height 5 will follow.
