HOCHTIEF has signed a contract for the construction of the first stage of the residential complex URSUS Classic. The developer is UDI Group, a development and investing company based in the Czech Republic. HOCHTIEF will build a seven-storey building with a usable floor space of 10,300 sqm. The six storeys above ground will accommodate 114 apartments of different size. Commercial units will also be set up on the ground floor. A parking lot with 121 parking spaces and bicycle storerooms are planned in the basement. The residential complex URSUS Classic is located at Dyrekcyjna Street in Warsaw, on the revitalized premises of former URSUS factory. The construction works will start soon and take 18 months.The complex was designed by the design studio Kuryłowicz & Associates.
