Hochtief Polska has signed a construction contract to build a nursing home for Orpea Polska in Wroclaw. Residence Saint Jadwiga will go up along Pulaskiego street. The commission includes rebuilding and expanding three of the site’s existing facilities with four over-ground floors, which are part of a historic monastery and hospital complex. Residence Saint Jadwiga will offer 7,100 sqm of total area and will accommodate 135 beds in 84 rooms. Construction is expected to take 19 months.
