HOCHTIEF Polska signed a contract for construction of the residential investment Wilga VI in the district Praga in Warsaw. The investor is ED invest S.A. that realizes this project in cooperation with Spoldzielnia Mieszkaniowa Goclaw Lotnisko. The construction works are starting this February and are scheduled end in the third. quarter of 2022. The contract includes construction of a seven-story building with a total area of 9,700 sqm comprising 104 apartments and two commercial spaces in the ground floor. All apartments will be equipped with a balcony or loggia, and those on the ground floor with small gardens. An underground garage is planned in the basement.
