The German construction company Hochtief has leased 1,000 sqm in Dorobanti 239, a building that’s part of the Alltrom Real Estate Group portfolio, controlled by the businessman Gabriel Popoviciu, owner of Baneasa Shopping City.
Jones Lang LaSalle, which brokered the deal, says the class A property has 6,500 sqm of lettable space overall and is built on seven levels.
Other office buildings in the Alltrom Real Estate Group portfolio include Baneasa Business & Technology Park (BB & TP) and Metav park, both located in Baneasa, northern Bucharest.
