Hochtief won a PLN 64m contract to develop the first two office buildings in Garvest’s P4 complex, which will go up in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. The buildings are set for completion in July 2017. The project’s first phase will include 12,500 sqm of offices as well as a two-story underground parking garage for 274 cars. JEMS Architekci provided the design. Hochtief beat out Budimex for the contract. P4 is the second joint investment between Hochtief and Garvest, following the Pixel project in Poznań.
