Hodges University names science building after Stock family

29 April 2015

Hodges University has named the science and technology building on its Naples campus the Stock Building. Naples-based Stock Development is known for developing residential communities such as Lely Resort in Naples and Paseo in Fort Myers. The university purchased the building from Stock Development last year and has occupied most of the building since 2010. Terms of the naming of the university building were not disclosed.

“We are very appreciative of the support we’ve received from both Stock Development and the Stock family for the past several years,” says David Borofsky, president of Hodges University, in a statement. “Their dedication and commitment to our institution has made a difference in the lives of our students, and, in effect, the community we serve.”
