Hoegh Autoliners starts exports to Spain

Hoegh Autoliners a Norwegian company with its North American headquarters based in Jacksonville will start direct service to Barcelona and Valencia, Spain. The monthly route will start in February and utilize the Hoegh Seoul, a pure car and truck carrier that also can accommodate construction and agriculture equipment, boats and assorted break bulk cargo. The Hoegh Seoul is a 68,871 gross tonnage vessel built in 2004. Hoegh has terminals in New York, Baltimore, Wilmington, Galveston, and Jacksonville from which it carries exports for GM, Chrysler, Nissan, Honda, Ford and Caterpillar.
