The Holiday Inn Midtown 57th Street has changed hands in a $150 million deal to the Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm Woodridge Capital Partners. The 17-story, 596-key property is located at 440 West 57th Street, between 9th and 10th avenues. Built in 1964, the building served as Manhattan’s first Holiday Inn hotel and has undergone approximately $6.5 million in renovations since 2011. The deal was finalized with a $90 million mortgage provided by Deutsche Bank.
