Holiday Inn will operate a new business hotel planned for Frankfurt Airport under the terms of a new 20-year lease signed with Interstar Hotel. Colliers International Hotel brokered the deal. The hotel, set to go up in Gateway Gardens, will offer 288 rooms, a conference area, and 49 underground parking spots over 12,000 sqm. Strauss & Partner and Munich Hotel Invest plan to start construction in the second quarter of 2015.
