The French socialist president candidate François Hollande appears to have been given the cold shoulder by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who refused to meet him on his first trip to Poland. It seems that Tusk has joined a group of European leaders from England, Germany, Spain and Italy, who have “verbally agreed” not to meet Hollande, writes Der Spiegel. The meeting with Poland’s Prime Minister could be the last opportunity for Hollande to meet any European heads of state.
