Home sales in Northeast Florida are hitting all time highs, according to a report released by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. There were 2,200 sales on average per month between March and May. In June, sales hit a record high of 2,587, up 13.3 percent from June 2014. Pending sales in the area were also up 31.8 percent in the area, hitting 2,779, while the median price for a house reached $183,590 in June, a 9.3-percent increase from last year.
