Blue Spot, part of Hoshen Holdings, acquired 272 houses in the Green City residential project in southern Bucharest for approximately €7.92m or around €29,000 per unit. The complex was developed by the Romanian investor Dumitru Bucsaru on a 12 ha plot. The units were sold in a public tender by judicial liquidator Euro Insol after the investor’s company filed for bankruptcy. Hoshen Holdings is owned by Isaac Cohen-Hoshen, a co-founder of property developer Adama. Construction broke ground on Green City in 2008. The project includes 600 homes, ranging from 108 sqm to 120 sqm.
