Hotel Bank is set to open in Kiseljak, central Bosnia in the coming months. The investor is the local company Bar Floor. The first stage is scheduled to be finished by the end of June and will include 30 rooms with 60 beds. The second stage will include a spa center, sauna, gym and conference hall for 200 people. The property will cover 2,600 sqm in total. Hotel Bank is part of a 16,000 sqm complex that features a residential facility and warehouse. The value of the investment around €7.6m.
