Hercesa is set to reopen Hotel Cismigiu in December, following a €15m restoration, according to Ziarul Financiar. The four-star hotel has about 70 apartments and also includes commercial spaces on the ground floor and mezzanine.
Humanitas Group and Cervantes Institute were the first tenants to sign leases at the refurbished building. Prices for an apartment start at €85 per night. Built in 1912, Cismigiu was the first hotel to open on Regina Elisabeta Boulevard in Bucharest.
