Renovation work on Hotel Europejski in Warsaw will begin next year.The €65m investment is expected to add an additional 100 high-end hotel rooms to the market, along with retail units and class-A offices, totaling 6,500 sqm. A third of the funding is coming from a new investor, Takami Holding, said Joseph Hannah, managing director of Hotel Europejski, while the rest will be covered using “external sources.” The renovation is scheduled to finish by 2015.
