The Jan Hotels group has acquired Hotel Leonardo near the Charles Bridge in Prague. The 80-room hotel offers views of the Vltava river and of the Prague Castle along with conference space for up to 40 people. “The acquisition of the Leonardo is an important and strategic step in the next phase of our business,” said Jan Hotels’ director Eytan Goldman. He told denik.cz that company will continue to look for further investment opportunities. It’s already the owner of three hotels, including two luxury properties in Česká Krumlova (Hotel Old Inn and Růže) and the 645-room Duo hotel in Prague.
