Hotel Parc, the largest hotel in Arad, is on the market for €8m. The property includes 200 guest rooms in two buildings spread over 5,000 sqm of land. There are also five commercial units. The owners, a group of Romanian investors, are selling off an 86.3-percent stake, according to Profit.ro. “If it is renovated, modernized and improvements are made and investments in recreational facilities are added, this hotel, by its position and by the number of rooms, will represent a milestone in the hotel industry in Arad and the region,” said Cristian Tranc, the director of Tranc & Tranc, which is overseeing the sale.
