Hotel Piva on the shores of Piva lake in Pluzine, Montenegro has been sold at auction for €200,000 to the businessman Dragan Bogdanovic. The hotel is located within the Nature Park Piva. Bogdanovic plans to invest and expand the facility and reopen it within two years. The two-storey hotel has a total of 1,451sqm with 44 rooms and was built in 1976. Riviera Budva bought the hotel in 2012 for €300,000 and leased the property for one year. “I bought the hotel, primarily for emotional reasons, because I grew up with it,” said Bogdanovic. “I plan to renovate the facility as much as possible, to meet all the required standards and to be at an appropriate level.”
