The average home price in Portugal reached €341,089 in July, a drop of 1.7% compared to June. The highest prices continue to be found in the most important cities such as Lisbon or Porto but even there, it is expected that moderate falls will continue to occur.
The town that registered the biggest decrease in the price of homes for sale in July was Faro, with a drop of 1.8% compared to the previous month. Lisbon followed, with an adjustment of almost 1.7%. Meanwhile, rental prices decreased by 2.9% in July compared to June, dropping from €1,096 per month to €1,044.
