Housing prices in Sofia are stable, with prices averaging €1,088 per sqm in the third quarter, according to data recently released by Bulgarian Properties. The real estate company did not note any significant changes between 2019 and 2018. In Q3 2018, prices averaged €1,090 per sqm. This year’s median sales price in the Bulgarian capital was €89,307, up slightly from 2018’s €86,260.
