The Housing Trust Group has completed a $22m, 90-unit residential development in Bradenton, Florida. The Addison includes a total of 77 affordable apartments, 13 market-rate units and 650 sq ft of retail space. Fourteen units are set aside for residents earning at or below 30 percent of the area’s median income, 21 at or below 60 percent and 42 will serve households earning at or below 70 percent of the AMI. With rents between $299 and $1,325 per month the scheme is currently fully leased.
