Miami-based multifamily developer, Housing Trust Group, has named Scott Osman as its Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, Osman will oversee all of HTG’s real estate development, construction, property management, asset management, accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining HTG, Osman served as CFO to New Urban Development, the housing development affiliate of the Urban League of Greater Miami, Inc. Other positions he’s held include COO of Miami-based lender LG Capital Partners and Division CFO/Controller at Cornerstone Development Group. Osman earned his MBA in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Miami, and holds a B.S. in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from Barry University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
