Hovnanian Enterprises Inc., based in Red Bank, N.J., has announced plans to break ground this summer on a K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons community located to the south of the Walt Disney World complex. The project involves the construction of a 533-home community that offers a guarded entrance at the corner of Old Lake Wilson and Sand Hill Road in Kissimmee. The project will feature a 12,000 square-foot clubhouse, a fitness center, a cafe and outdoor recreational features like walking trails, tennis, bocce and a dog park. Hovnanian plans to invest over $16 million in the next couple years acquiring the 120 acres needed to complete what will be called the Four Seasons at Orlando.
