Over the last decade, Romania’s biggest private owner of office space, Liviu Tudor, developed a total area of 130,000 sqm in two business parks: Novo Park from Pipera and West Gate Park from Militari.
The developer says has he has space for the construction of another 200,000 sqm of offices.
In last four years of crisis, Liviu Tudor completed four buildings: two office buildings and two two apartment buildings.
The Romanian owner did not say exactly what was the total investment but said that it exceeded €500m. Novo Park and West Gate Park are not located in central areas of Bucharest, but this thing and a good infrastructure, brought success, says Liviu Tudor.
Tudor’s offices in Pipera and Militari have tenants like P & G, Garanti Bank, UniCredit Business Partner, Panasonic, Siemens, Accenture, Renault and Citibank.
