HRS has extended its lease on 2,000 sqm of office space at Plac Unii in Warsaw. The global provider of hotel services was represented by Cresa. Plac Unii includes three office buildings located on Unii Lubelskiej Square. The property offers a total of 56,800 sqm of leasable space, including 41,300 sqm of Grade A+ office space and 15,500 sqm of retail space.“We advised the client on the lease renegotiation and extension for the coming years. HRS appreciates the excellent location of its office in downtown Warsaw, which can be easily accessed and offers a number of amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, stores and a fitness club,” said Martyna Balcer, senior advisor at Cresa Poland.
