HSBC sells Hungarian interests

The London-based bank group HSBC has sold its 100% ownership in its Hungarian subsidiary company, HSBC Credit Zrt. According to a London Stock Exchange announcement the proprietary was sold by HSBC Europe (Netherlands B.V.), the subsidiary of HSBC Holding Plc, and was bought by a Hungarian company, Central Fund Venture Capital Fund Management Ltd. The transaction is expected to be closed on 6, August.
