TAS group plans to build a nine-story office building on Überseering in Hamburg on a site it acquired for €70m from HSH Nordbank. The Hamburg-base company, which focuses on downtown office and logistics projects, is building on the site of the former BP headquarters.
The company will begin construction on the 36,000 sqm GFA project in autumn 2014, with completion set for 2016. Deutsche Telekom will be the sole tenant in the property for at least 15 years. A subsequent sale of the building is projected.
