U.S.-based technology services consulting and software company HTEC Group has signed a contract to invest EUR 4.5 million in a new development and research centre in North Macedonia. The contract is part of a five-year investment project of the company in North Macedonia launched June 2021, according to the government.
The new centre is planned to be launched in the next five years and create 170 jobs for the creation of high-tech software.
“HTEC Group continues with ambitious investment plans in the SEE region. The IT sector in North Macedonia is constantly growing, and HTEC Group is committed to contributing to its further growth and development,” HTEC Group chief financial officer Miroslav Virijevic said.
