Huawei is relocating from BB Centrumās Alpha building in Prague 4-Michle to the Greenline office complex at the KaÄerov metro station in the same city district. The Chinese telecommunications company is taking 3,000 sqm at the project completed by Karimpol along the D1 motorway. The deal, brokered by Cushman & Wakefield, brings the 15,000 sqm buildingās occupancy level to 70 percent one year after completion. Vacancy in Prague 4, the cityās main office district, is at 9.3 percent. The capitalās overall office vacancy rate currently stands at 10.5 percent, according to LukĆ”Å” NetolickĆ½ of Cushman & Wakefield.
