Huawei is relocating from BB Centrum’s Alpha building in Prague 4-Michle to the Greenline office complex at the Kačerov metro station in the same city district. The Chinese telecommunications company is taking 3,000 sqm at the project completed by Karimpol along the D1 motorway. The deal, brokered by Cushman & Wakefield, brings the 15,000 sqm building’s occupancy level to 70 percent one year after completion. Vacancy in Prague 4, the city’s main office district, is at 9.3 percent. The capital’s overall office vacancy rate currently stands at 10.5 percent, according to Lukáš Netolický of Cushman & Wakefield.
