Knight Frank has appointed Humphrey White as its new managing director in Spain. White replaces Alberto Prieto, who was with the company for 20 years, the last five of which he spent as MD. Following a short break, Prieto will continue to be involved with the company as a senior advisor. White’s appointment takes effect on April 30. It’s the beginning of a new 3-year strategic plan for Knight Frank in which it will continue with its core business lines, while adding full-service management of offices and logistics warehouses to its products. White was born in London and educated at Eton College and has amassed an extensive track record in Spanish real estate. He joined Knight Frank in 2000 and headed its Capital Markets and Offices Division beginning in 2012. White was made a partner in the Spanish side of the company in 2014.
