The volume of construction output in Hungary rose by 38 percent y-o-y in July based on raw data published by the Central Statistical Office (KSH). This is the fast growth increase since January. Output increased in both construction categories. Building construction was up by 28.5 percent, while civil engineering jumped by 48.3 percent, according to KSH data. Based on seasonally and working day-adjusted indices, construction output grew by 4.5 percent in July compared to the previous month.
