The Hungarian housing market is recovering from its June low, according to data released by Duna House. About 12,700 transactions concluded in July, up 15 percent from the previous month. However, the total was down 10 percent y-o-y. The next couple of months will determine whether weaker indicators were temporary blips in the market or if this is the beginning of a new trend, according to Duna House.
