According to statistics the Hungarian housing market is bouncing back, with over 11,369 residential real estate loans given out in November. Data provided by the Monthly Transaction Number Estimate (DH-TB) were published on the Budapest Stock Exchange. According to realtor Duna House Properties the statistics show that the market has grown by 4% in comparison to the same period in 2019. According to data from DH-TB the value of all residential loans sold in November 2020 stood at EUR 205m.
