Hungarian investment volume up 15% in Q2

The investment volume in Hungary grew by 15 percent y-o-y in the second quarter of this year, according to the Central Statistical Office (KSH). Between April and June, the seasonally adjusted investment volume increased by 4.2 percent q-o-q. Q2’s investment level was also 24 percent above the average reported in 2015. The quarterly results also included a 15-percent increase in construction investments and a 16-percent increase in machinery and equipment investments, according to KSH.
