The National Bank of Hungary has put the Eiffel Palace office building in central Budapest on the market. The bank bought the century-old property for €45.3m in 2014, following a thorough renovation, which converted the building into modern office space. The eight-story office building offers 14,500 sqm of space. It is currently fully leased to companies like PwC Hungary, CBRE and the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary.
