Hungarian National Bank to sell Eiffel Palace in Budapest

The National Bank of Hungary has put the Eiffel Palace office building in central Budapest on the market. The bank bought the century-old property for €45.3m in 2014, following a thorough renovation, which converted the building into modern office space. The eight-story office building offers 14,500 sqm of space. It is currently fully leased to companies like PwC Hungary, CBRE and the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary.
